1. Purpose of the Study
The profiling aims to gather information and data of Katipunan ng Kabataan members, which will be stored in an upcoming SK Portal for database management by the National Youth Commission.
2. Terms and Duration of Participation
Participation involves a 2 to 3-hour profiling session per Barangay, and the collected data will update the national database of Katipunan ng Kabataan members in the Philippines.
3. Risks/Confidentiality
Participants are assured that their information will be treated with utmost confidentiality and used for database management. It also states that participant safety is a primary concern and the profiling ensures no risk during data collection.
4. Compensation
The activity is mandated by the Department of Interior and Local Government and the National Youth Commission, and there will be no monetary remuneration, only “sincerest gratitude” and “highly appreciated” participation.
